Such a pleasant young man.it is an honor to have him in my home, to take care of my piano! I play the guitar too, and I am very picky about how instruments are tuned. Ryan went way above, and beyond the call of duty when it came to my piano! I don't know many who would go out of their way, like he did. He cares about, not only your piano.he cares about you! I love his passion for music! I love how dedicated he is, and how much expertise he has, with pianos. He is genuinely concerned, and compassionate with people. He tuned it, and more.now i have a beautiful sounding piano! I am so thankful! Secondly, if you want more than a piano tuner/technician.you should call Ryan. Ryan took my older piano, and made it sound awesome! He fixed my pedal, and pedal rod, and oiled parts that had been making loud clicking sounds. I didn't think much could be done with it. First of all, I will tell you that I was feeling a little discouraged about my piano.
